The Western Oklahoma Workforce Development Board is comprised of leaders in business, the labor community, public education and employment organizations representing 25 counties in Western Oklahoma:

We help job seekers access employment, education, training, and support services to succeed in the labor market and to match employers with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy.

Our dedicated Business Services Team can assist employers with day-to-day and long-term challenges through core services such as writing job descriptions, posting job ads, and offering labor market reports as well as providing solutions through quality referrals to members of our Business Services Network.
