The Western Oklahoma Workforce Development Board provides guidance in budgeting, planning and policy for American Job Centers and Service Providers in Alfalfa, Beaver, Beckham, Blaine, Cimarron, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Garfield, Grant, Greer, Harmon, Harper, Jackson, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Major, Noble, Payne, Washita, Roger Mills, Texas,  Woods, and Woodward counties.
